Who We Are and How We Got Here
Carmel Home Security exists because of a gap homeowners here kept describing in the same words. They wanted a real technician to walk their house, recommend only what it needed, and still be reachable when something went wrong a year later. What they were being offered instead was a phone quote from a national brand, a package chosen before anyone had seen the property, and a support line in another state. We built the company around the walkthrough for that reason.
Our relationship with this area is practical rather than ceremonial. We work these streets constantly, which is why our appointment windows hold and why a follow-up visit is not a production. We know which Carmel neighborhoods were built with conduit already run and which will need a fish tape and patience. We know what the wooded lots off Spring Mill Road do to a camera's night image and what a west-facing Midtown porch does to a doorbell lens in July. None of that is knowledge you can be briefed on remotely.
